Super Peanuts!

Our friends Made and Nyoman have been incredibly successful with their roasted peanut business. Made is a smart lady and makes some killer peanuts so she's been pounding the pavement and is now selling her peanuts all over Bali! Next: WHOLE FOODS?! Their business is called Pak Asub (Asub is one of her husband Nyoman's names and Pak means 'Mr'). They make peanuts spicy hot and sweet with bali basil, salty sweet and also plain roasted soy nuts and some yummy mild slivered peanuts of some kind. It's quite the operation - 400 lbs of peanuts per day! We CANNOT get enough of them! No doubt we'll be lugging loads back and just maybe we'll share ;)
