Hello!
Spring break is over and today is Elsa's first day of her Bali Sekolah. We're beginning the day at 10 with a walk to Ibu D'Ayu's house. She is a local Balinese religious advisor (and expert ritual offerings maker) and she'll be teaching Elsa all about weaving palm leaf offerings (kinda like super origami with leaves and bamboo stitches). Beautiful object of art - solely the domain of women. Then off to the local library for Ted and Elsa to have a private gamelan lessons (Balinese music with gongs and bamboo instruments).
